We collect the following types of information:

Information you provide

• Account information: name, email address, username, and password when you sign up
• Business information: business name, tagline, website URL, social media handles
• Price card content: service names, descriptions, pricing, categories, and uploaded logos/images
• Payment information: processed securely by Flutterwave or Stripe — we do not store your card details
• Enquiry data: name, email, phone number, and messages submitted by visitors through the request form on your price card

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and interactions with the Service
• Device information: browser type, operating system, and user agent
• Location data: approximate country and city derived from your IP address at the time of signup (for currency detection) and from page views (for analytics)
• IP address: hashed and stored for analytics purposes — we do not store raw IP addresses
• Referrer data: the URL that referred a visitor to your price card page

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Create and display your price card pages
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send email notifications when you receive enquiries
• Provide analytics about your price card performance (views, visitors, referrers)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Communicate with you about the Service, including updates and changes to terms
• Determine appropriate pricing currency based on your location

We do not use your information for targeted advertising or sell your data to third parties.

We share your data only with the following service providers, strictly for operating the Service:

• Flutterwave — payment processing for NGN transactions
• Stripe — payment processing for USD transactions
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — sending email notifications
• Cloudflare (R2) — storing uploaded images (logos, avatars)
• Hosting provider — hosting the application and database

Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and is contractually obligated to protect your information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Elta Solutions Limited, its users, or the public.

PriceCard uses minimal tracking. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or analytics services like Google Analytics.

• Authentication cookies: essential for keeping you logged in to your account
• Page view tracking: when someone visits your published price card, we record the view with a hashed IP address, referrer URL, user agent, and approximate location — this powers your analytics dashboard

We do not track visitors across other websites. Our tracking is limited to interactions with PriceCard pages.

• Account data: retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Price card content: retained while your account is active. Deleted with your account.
• Enquiry data: retained based on your plan (30 days for Free, unlimited for Pro/Business). Deleted with your account.
• Analytics data (page views): retained for the duration of your account. Aggregated data may be retained after account deletion for service improvement.
• Payment records: retained as required by financial regulations (typically 7 years).

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data — view your profile and all stored information in your dashboard
• Correct inaccurate data — edit your profile and business information at any time
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data (available on Business plan via CSV export)
• Object to processing of your data for specific purposes
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt (never stored in plain text)
• Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies with JWT tokens
• Database connections are encrypted
• File uploads go through authenticated, time-limited presigned URLs
• IP addresses are hashed before storage for privacy
• API endpoints are rate-limited to prevent abuse
• Webhook signatures are verified for payment processing

No system is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

PriceCard is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

PriceCard is operated by Elta Solutions Limited from Nigeria but uses infrastructure and service providers located in various countries. Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside of Nigeria, including the United States and European Union.

Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through contractual protections with our service providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of PriceCard after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
