Terms of Use

By accessing or using PriceCard ("the Service"), operated by Elta Solutions Limited ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use PriceCard. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

PriceCard is a platform that allows service providers to create professional, shareable pricing pages. Users can build price cards, share them via unique URLs, receive enquiries from prospective clients, and track page analytics. The Service is available via web browser and as a progressive web app (PWA).

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

You retain ownership of all content you create on PriceCard, including business information, service descriptions, pricing data, and uploaded images ("User Content").

By posting User Content on PriceCard, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the right to share it.

You agree not to use PriceCard to:

• Advertise or promote illegal services or products
• Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive pricing information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the enquiry system
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

PriceCard offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.

• Payments are processed by Flutterwave (for NGN transactions) and Stripe (for USD transactions)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice via email

The PriceCard platform, including its design, code, templates, branding, and documentation, is owned by Elta Solutions Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Your User Content remains yours. We do not claim ownership over your business information, pricing data, or uploaded images.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email if the changes are material.

Your continued use of PriceCard after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
